Nestled on the shore of Lake Wakatipu, with uninterrupted views of The Remarkables mountain range, these luxury villas were designed to allow full appreciation of the spectacular surroundings.
Developer-driven, the brief was to maximise the value of this steep site with challenging access in a high-density zone. This was achieved by creating five modernist cedar-clad four-bedroom, four-bathroom villas, tiered and punctuated with landscaped courtyards and schist walls to create privacy, reduce the overall visual impact, and maintain the lake and mountain views from the road.
Thoughtfully crafted spaces and dramatic floor-to-ceiling apertures allow each residence to respond to the light of the day and the unfolding of the seasons to offer a living experience.
